Don't have to spray a large quantity and yet ...even if you spray more on than you wanted, it doesn't show through. It is a staple in my project drawer. November 16, 2015
      Rated 5 out of 5�by Best spray adhesive ever! I discovered Super 77 when I was in college. Love this product! Never fails. Great for school projects, poster boards and all kinds of things! I've now passed my love of this product to my middle school daughter. No bubbling like regular glue causes paper to do and her projects always stay stuck! September 28, 2015
      Rated 5 out of 5�by Best Adhesive Really liked it, used to adhere a sheet to cardboard and used it to adhere sheet to a foam board. And you can still remove if needed and doesn't leave a residue unless you use alot so i was able to take off sheet and use it on another application. August 24, 2015

      I don't think so, but I would try it first. It depends on the type of cement you are talking about and if it would be outside or change of temp. or get wet. Cement is so porous, I would try it but I think it would take so much, it would not pay to use this type of item for this purpose.

      Hi Kiko! Scotch� Super 77 Spray Adhesive can definitely adhere to concrete, but only if it's been painted or sealed first. Otherwise, concrete is usually too porous a surface and the adhesive won't bond correctly. Keep in mind that this is a permanent adhesive, so you'd be permanently bonding your paper to concrete. Thanks!
